Ms. Weiner has more than 20 years of experience conducting quantitative and qualitative research and evaluation helps schools, programs, organizations, and policymakers to use information to improve services to students and youth. She holds a Master’s Degree in Language, Literacy and Culture from Stanford University as well as a B.A. and high school English teaching certification from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.

In addition to her work as a researcher, Ms. Weiner has taught middle-school language arts to high-poverty students in an urban district as well English as a second language to adults in school district, community college, and workplace settings.  Ms. Weiner is a member of the American Evaluation Association and the American Educational Research Association.
